DNS to stream; API to manage and automate.

Basic streaming access can work via DNS or URL when permitted by the provider. Managing clients, renewals, lines, packages, and provisioning requires compatible APIs, credentials, and capabilities.

FAQ

When is DNS enough, and when is an API needed?

Basic playback may work through DNS or a URL when the provider and its version allow it. Managing customers, renewals, lines, and packages requires compatible API operations and credentials.

Which provider panels can be integrated?

Compatibility depends on the panel, version, credentials, and verified capabilities. Only operations confirmed for the specific installation are enabled.

When is my Brand created, and how do I get Admin access?

After the responsible email is verified and payment is confirmed, the system creates the Brand and sends that email a private invitation for the Admin to set a password.

Can I use my own domain and identity?

Identity and domain setup depend on the plan and technical validation. The final scope is confirmed before provisioning.

Does BossBli sell channels or content?

No. BossBli provides the management platform and WebTV experience. Each provider is responsible for its sources, permissions, and catalog.

Can BossBli view or change my Brand’s end users?

Not as part of normal operations. End users and their data remain under the Brand’s control. An authorized integration processes only what its requested function needs.

Which payment methods are available?

After email verification by OTP, only payment gateways enabled by SuperAdmin for the public website are shown. Payment is completed at the gateway.

When is my Brand created?

Only after the backend confirms payment. The Brand and its Admin are then created, and the verified email receives a private password setup link.
